Finally, the fitter takes it from the warehouse and starts the preparatory work before the formation, such as chamfering, burring, rust, confirming the size, checking whether each place is processed in place, whether the hole is small, whether the screw tooth is missing, etc. The mold parts can be temporarily started to set up the mold, to a little bit, and so on. When the parts are ready, the mold is almost ready, which saves a lot of time than when the parts are ready.
After the mold group is finished, the mold is tested and debugged, until the mold can produce the product with composite requirements of dimension precision and appearance quality, and then send the sample to the customer for signature. The customer confirms that all the work of the mold is formally completed, and then wait for the production on the machine. After that, mold repair and mold maintenance. The mold is fine, the fitter operator will be fine.
